As a part of the partnership, the Comcast Foundation is supporting The Arc’s national initiative to create both a digital training program to improve technology access and services and the opportunity to create up to 12 Comcast and NBCUniversal Digital Literacy Learning Labs in major metropolitan cities in 2015 & 2016. Comcast Cable is the nation's largest video, high-speed Internet and phone provider to residential customers under the XFINITY brand and also provides these services to businesses.
