The National Conference of Executives of The Arc (NCE) is a dynamic peer membership organization of chapter Executive Directors and other program and administrative staff. NCE creates opportunities for the exchange of ideas, provides the training that is essential in professional development, and offers support and mentoring for successful leadership.
