Accessibility - Hotel
All sessions, business meetings, and social events (sponsored by The Arc, The Arc of Florida and NCE) will take place at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World® Resort. All events are ADA accessible.

Accessibility - Walt Disney World® Resort
Many guests with disabilities visit the Walt Disney World® Resort each year. To assist these guests in planning their vacations, Disney has created a website with general information-an overview of the experiences available at Walt Disney World® Resort, along with specific information about disability access. Click here for more information.

Interpreter Services
The Arc will provide sign language interpreters upon request. If you require such services, please contact Darcy Littlefield. Requests for sign language interpreting services must be made no later than October 15th in order to ensure availability. (After we receive your request, we will work with you to build your convention schedule.)

Alternative Formats
The Arc will also provide the official convention program in alternative formats (large print or thumb drive) upon request. If you require such materials, please contact Darcy Littlefield. Requests must be received no later than October 1st to ensure that The Arc has enough time to arrange for an adequate supply of adapted materials. The adapted programs will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Counter.|

Travel Arrangements
Hammer Travel will be coordinating trips to The Arc’s 2010 National Convention.  They specialize in providing unique, customized travel arrangements for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.  For more information about their convenient travel packages, please visit the Hammer Travel website or call them at 1.877.345.8599.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received on or before October 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please send your request to Robin Powers at robin@cmig.com. There will be a $25 processing fee for all refund requests. No refunds are given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed after the Convention. QUESTIONS: Please e-mail us at events@thearc.org.
