*  The Administration proposed to consolidate the Supported Employment State Grants, Projects with Industry ,and Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers and the funds currently used for inservice training under the training program into the Title 1 state grant program.  

** The Administration is proposing to eliminate funding for Model Transition Programs for Students with Intellectual Disabilities into Higher Education because projects to improve the quality of education for disabled students will be funded under FIPSE. The Administration requests $70 million for the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) for fiscal year 2013, most of which would be used for a First in the World competition to help ensure institutions of higher education have access to innovative strategies and practices that have been shown to be effective in improving educational outcomes for students.
