In this presentation, Kevin Crosley explored how Arc Herkimer has created diverse employment opportunities for the people with disabilities they support through the acquisition of multiple facilities in the community (many of which were donated) and the operation of a variety of different business enterprises.

About the Speaker

Kevin Crosley is the President/CEO of Arc Herkimer and has served 38 years as an industry executive involved with creating work opportunities for people with disabilities. Most of his professional career has been dedicated to creating social business enterprises and generating diverse revenue streams. In addition to serving as Past Chair of the New York State Industries for the Disabled Board of Directors, Crosley was vetted by the Governor’s office to serve on the Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council.
