The DSP Toolkit

The Direct Support Professional Workforce Development (DSP) Toolkit addresses several resources that chapters of The Arc, and individuals with disabilities and their family members served by chapters can use to improve their workforce development practices. The Toolkit is essentially free and is completely available for download. The Realistic Job Preview video is available for a yearly licensing fee.

This toolkit was developed for The Arc by The Research and Training Center on Community Living at the University of Minnesota. The Research and Training Center on Community Living provides research, evaluation, training, technical assistance and dissemination to support the aspirations of persons with developmental disabilities to live full, productive and integrated lives in their communities.
