Stephane Leblois is a Manager of Program Innovations at The Arc's national office. Stephane joined The Arc in 2016 after receiving a Master’s Degree from the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development at UMASS Boston. Over his five-year career in the disability rights field, he has worked in a variety of communications and programmatic roles for domestic and international disability rights organizations.

During his studies at UMASS-Boston, Stephane served as a graduate research assistant on the Institute for Community Inclusion’s Think Work! team, where he worked primarily on the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Advancing Employment for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities project. Simultaneously, Stephane also provided communications and development support to the Disability Rights Fund, a Boston-based non-profit that provides grants to disability rights advocacy organizations in developing countries. Stephane’s first foray into the disability rights field was with the Institute on Disability and Public Policy, where Stephane worked to promote Universal Design and accessibility in higher education institutions across Southeast Asia. Apart from disability rights work, Stephane is a passionate rugby player, outdoorsman, and world traveler.
