The Arc submitted a comment letter in response to a Proposed Rule concerning the Affordable Care Act and Marketplace integrity and affordability. The Proposed Rule would make changes that could impact eligibility, reduce comprehensive coverage, and make coverage less affordable overall. Our comments emphasized the importance of how enrollment and eligibility changes would impact people with disabilities.
