Karen Wolf-Branigin is the Senior Executive Officer, Chapter Growth and Affiliate Relations. Prior to joining The Arc Karen held leadership positions at Easter Seals, Inc. where she developed a robust training and technical assistance program on accessible transportation and the Developmental Disabilities Institute at Wayne State University, Michigan’s University Center on Developmental Disabilities where she focused on facilitating systems change and person-directed services within human service organizations. Karen began her career in direct service and over the years has served as a board member for numerous non-governmental and professional membership organizations. Karen came to Washington, DC as a Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation Fellow in 2001 serving in the office of John D. Rockefeller, IV (D-WV). She holds a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy from Western Michigan University and an MSW in Social Welfare Policy and Planning from The University of Michigan.
