Project Description

GetSet!™ for Transition is a self-directed online course focused on the critical transition years of 14-21 for a child with an intellectual or developmental disability. Participants will learn why transition planning is important and how to set specific and measurable goals as their child
makes a shift from school to employment, independent living and community life. The interactive training takes less than an hour, though participants can stop and start as often as they wish. They can also go back and review the material at any time after completing the course. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) are also available.
