No One Promised You a Rose Garden, but a Few Less Thorns Would Be Helpful...
Presenter: John Delves
John Delves has been inspiring audiences for decades with his no nonsense approach to developing leaders. With wit and a bit of flair...he will guide us through an interactive session discussing "You" as the leader: a developer of people, communicator, coach, barrier breaker, bureaucracy smasher, expediter, and facilitator. John will focus on leadership styles that are keen to the multiple generations who work side by side in our chapters. This pre-conference is designed for both volunteer leaders (board and committee members) as well as professional staff to take tools and skills back home and implement. You will be making an investment to take back to your chapter! *Registration required.
